WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship across India.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or rural pin codes may take longer.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged or tampered with, take photographs before opening where possible and contact us immediately at kuchipudinityajyothi@gmail.com or +91 91000 97898 so we can resolve it with the courier and make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the customer was unreachable, re-shipping charges will apply.
