Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Books must be unmarked and unread.
To start a return, contact us at kuchipudinityajyothi@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 91000 97898. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the return cost.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately, with photographs, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Practice sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or stitched
- Books that have been marked, written in, read, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Class fees, once a batch has begun

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at kuchipudinityajyothi@gmail.com or +91 91000 97898. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the return process above.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
